What Ford confirmed for 2027

Beyond pricing, the same C&D report (attributing Ford’s reveal) says the twin-turbo 2.7-liter EcoBoost V-6 is replaced as the base engine by a twin-turbo 3.0-liter EcoBoost V-6 rated at the same peak 325 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque, with peak torque arriving at 2,250 rpm instead of 3,500 rpm on the 2.7. The 5.0-liter V-8 expands again to King Ranch and Platinum (first time since 2023 on those trims, per C&D). Ford continues to offer the twin-turbo 3.5-liter EcoBoost and the PowerBoost hybrid.

BlueCruise with Towing arrives on 2027 F-150s equipped with BlueCruise: hands-free towing support on more than 130,000 miles of divided highways, capped at 75 mph (and lower when trailer-sway, load, or conditions require), with no hands-free lane changes and a handoff in construction zones. C&D reports the towing feature does not raise the BlueCruise subscription price.

Cheaper entry Tremor and Raptor

Ford cut content to lower the entry stickers. Per C&D’s Ford-attributed rundown, the entry Tremor uses an STX-style steering wheel, manual air conditioning instead of dual-zone climate control, a six-speaker audio system instead of the eight-speaker Bang & Olufsen setup, and deletes heated front seats, off-road running boards, and the power sliding rear window — landing at $62,440 ($5,270 less than the prior start).

The entry Raptor deletes the head-up display, fog lamps, power passenger seat, power-adjustable steering column, and under-seat storage; drops the Mobile Office package; moves from a 14-speaker Bang & Olufsen system to an eight-speaker system; and cuts bed Pro Power Onboard from 2 kW to 400 watts. Starting MSRP: $77,790 ($4,010 less).

Carhartt package

Following the Carhartt-branded Super Duty, the F-150 Carhartt package (C&D / Ford) sits on 4×4 XLT Crew Cab for $4,195. Exterior cues include Carhartt logos on the front fender trim, textured gradient graphics on the side sills and lower tailgate, special 20-inch wheels, and Tremor headlights and hood, plus a spray-in bedliner with a Carhartt logo stamp. Inside: two-tone cloth seats styled like Carhartt workwear, tan accent stitching, and Carhartt-logo all-weather mats. Ford says orders are open with deliveries beginning early next year.
