The rack sits at the front of the bed, in front of the rear window. Cargo hits the rack instead of the glass. That is the job. A pound rating would tell you what you can hang on it. These two pages did not print one.
Rough Country 24000 prints the tube size, the mount, the finish, the brake-light line, the bed-cover exclusion, and the F-150 years. Molle area, about 3 square feet per panel, is on the configs that include molle. It is not on every config. No drill is the stake-pocket claim. That is not a claim the rack works under a cover. The page says it does not.
Westin prints the 2-inch round upper tube, four light tabs, and brackets that a toolbox up to 70 inches wide can sit over. Wider than 70 inches needs the separate mount kit. The applications table also prints 71-inch and 72-inch toolbox notes on some rows. Use the row for the truck. Drilling is a note on some rows, not a universal. Crew cab excluded and Rambox excluded are the same kind of note. Warranty on the series page is 3 years. Finish on the page header is black powder coat. The body also says black or white.
24000 is the F-150 part. Do not order 24000 for a Ram. The Ram sibling is 34000. That is not the F-150 rack. Super Duty is not named on the 24000 line used here. A Super Duty chip needs its own part.
Westin is a series. The four install-sheet numbers are a list, not a universal SKU. A Silverado row and an F-150 row are not the same fitment number until the sheet says so.
